As an instructor, you are solely responsible for your conduct and all content you publish on Codinger360 โ€” including course videos, quizzes, coding exercises, assignments, resources, course landing pages, lab materials, assessments, and announcements (“Submitted Content”).

By publishing on Codinger360, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Provide and maintain accurate account information at all times;
  • Own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish your Submitted Content on Codinger360;
  • Will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights with your content;
  • Have the qualifications, credentials, and expertise required to teach the subject matter you offer; and
  • Will maintain a standard of service consistent with industry norms and learner expectations.

You must not:

  • Post content that is offensive, racist, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, misleading, or factually inaccurate;
  • Send unsolicited messages, promotional material, or spam to students;
  • Use the Codinger360 platform for any purpose other than teaching and instructing students;
  • Attempt to bypass or frame the Codinger360 platform;
  • Impersonate another person or gain unauthorised access to any account; or
  • Misuse or abuse Codinger360 support resources.
Section 02

License to Codinger360

By publishing Submitted Content on Codinger360, you grant us the rights to offer, market, host, and deliver your content to students. This includes the right to add captions or make accessibility modifications to your content. You also authorise Codinger360 to sublicense these rights to students and to third-party distributors, resellers, and affiliate partners.

You retain ownership of your Submitted Content. You may remove all or any part of your content from the platform at any time. After removal, Codinger360’s right to sublicense your content to new users will end within 60 days.

We may record and use portions of your Submitted Content for quality assurance, marketing, and platform demonstration purposes. You grant Codinger360 permission to use your name, likeness, and image in connection with promoting your courses on our platform.

Section 03

Trust & Safety

Platform Policies

You agree to abide by Codinger360’s Trust & Safety guidelines, Restricted Topics policy, and all other content quality standards. Your use of the platform is subject to Codinger360’s approval, which we may grant or revoke at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to remove content, withhold payments, or ban instructors without prior notice in cases where an instructor or their content:

  • Violates our policies or applicable law;
  • Falls below our quality standards or negatively impacts the learner experience;
  • Engages in behaviour that may bring Codinger360 into disrepute; or
  • Uses the platform in a manner that constitutes unfair competition.

Co-Instructors & Teaching Assistants

You may add co-instructors or teaching assistants to your courses. By doing so, you authorise them to take actions that affect your account and content. You are responsible for any policy violations committed by co-instructors or TAs you have added.

Student Data

You will only receive limited student information through the Codinger360 platform. You agree not to use student data for any purpose other than delivering your courses to those students within the Codinger360 ecosystem.

Anti-Piracy Protection

Codinger360 partners with anti-piracy vendors to protect your content from unauthorised use. You hereby appoint Codinger360 and our anti-piracy partners as agents to enforce your copyrights on your behalf. To revoke this, email with the subject line “Revoke Anti-Piracy Protection Rights.”

Section 04

Pricing

Setting Your Price

When publishing a paid course, you will be prompted to set a base price (“Base Price”) for your Submitted Content. You may also choose to offer your course for free. Codinger360 may offer courses at discounted prices as part of promotional programmes, subject to the Promotions Policy.

Promotional Pricing

Codinger360 may run platform-wide discounts or targeted promotions that temporarily reduce the price of your course. These promotions are designed to increase enrollment and overall instructor revenue. Participation in most promotional programmes is optional โ€” see the Promotions Policy for details.

Transaction Taxes

Where applicable law requires Codinger360 to collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes on your behalf, we will do so. These taxes are calculated on top of the listed course price and remitted to the relevant tax authority.

Section 05

Payments & Revenue Share

How Revenue Is Calculated

When a student purchases your course, Codinger360 calculates the Gross Amount received. From this, we deduct applicable transaction taxes, mobile platform fees (if any), and a standard service and processing fee of 3% to arrive at the Net Amount. Your share of the Net Amount depends on how the sale was made:

๐Ÿ’ฐ Revenue Share Rates:
โ€ข Standard sale (no referral): 37% of Net Amount
โ€ข Coaching Services: 80% of Net Amount
โ€ข Sales via your own coupon or referral link: 97% of Net Amount

If revenue share rates change, Codinger360 will provide at least 30 days’ notice.

Instructor Coupons & Referral Links

You may generate coupon codes or referral links to offer your courses at a discount or for free. These may not be sold on third-party sites or exchanged for compensation. Abuse of coupons or referral links may result in account suspension.

Payment Processing

To receive payments, you must have an active PayPal, Payoneer, or bank account linked to your instructor profile. Payments are processed within 45 days of the end of the month in which the sale occurred, provided your outstanding balance meets the minimum threshold of โ‚น2,000 (or $25 USD equivalent).

Refunds

Students are entitled to request refunds under Codinger360’s Refund Policy. When a refund is granted, you will not receive revenue for that transaction. If a refund is issued after you have already been paid, Codinger360 reserves the right to deduct the refunded amount from your next payment.

Section 06

Coaching Services

Codinger360 may enable you to offer live one-on-one coaching sessions to students. These services are subject to availability and may not be accessible to all instructors.

Session Setup

You may configure your coaching availability, session topics, durations, and pricing through your instructor dashboard. Codinger360 may apply limits to the number of sessions per day or week.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booked session at any time via the platform. However, if you cancel or fail to attend a session, you will not receive payment for it. Repeated cancellations may affect your coaching availability status.

Conduct During Sessions

You are solely responsible for your conduct and the information you share during coaching sessions. Sessions must be consistent with your stated expertise. You may only use Codinger360-approved video conferencing tools. Recording, reproducing, or sharing any session content is strictly prohibited.

No Professional Advice

You must not provide any advice that requires a professional licence (legal, medical, financial, etc.). All coaching is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are not an employee or agent of Codinger360.

Section 07

Use of Codinger360 Trademarks

As a published instructor, you are permitted to use the Codinger360 name and logo solely to promote your courses on our platform. When using our trademarks, you must:

  • Use only the official trademark assets provided by Codinger360;
  • Use them only in connection with promoting your Submitted Content on Codinger360; and
  • Immediately stop use if requested by Codinger360.

You must not use our trademarks in a misleading or disparaging manner, or in any way that implies an endorsement beyond your role as a Codinger360 instructor.

Section 08

Deleting Your Instructor Account

You may request deletion of your instructor account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Codinger360 will make commercially reasonable efforts to process any pending payments owed to you before deletion.

Please note: if students have previously enrolled in your courses, your name and course content may remain accessible to those students even after your account is deleted, to honour their purchased access.

Overview

Promotions Policy

Codinger360 offers a range of marketing and promotional programmes to help instructors grow their audience and increase their earnings. By participating in these programmes, you agree to the terms outlined in this Promotions Policy, which forms part of the Instructor Terms.

Promotions help your courses reach more students. Most programmes are optional โ€” but our data consistently shows that participating instructors see significantly higher enrollment and revenue during promotional periods.
Promotions

Types of Promotional Programmes

  • Platform Deals & Discounts โ€” Codinger360 may offer your courses at discounted prices as part of site-wide or targeted sales events designed to drive enrollment.
  • Affiliate & Reseller Distribution โ€” Codinger360 may distribute your courses through third-party affiliate sites, resellers, and distribution partners under standard revenue share terms.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns โ€” Your courses may be featured in Codinger360’s marketing emails to students who have shown interest in related topics.
  • Course Bundles โ€” Codinger360 may bundle your courses with other courses or services as part of curated learning packs at special prices.
  • Free Course Promotions โ€” Codinger360 may offer selected courses for free for a limited time. Instructors who participate may receive compensation as outlined in the specific promotional terms.
Pricing

Pricing During Promotions

When your course is included in a promotional programme, Codinger360 may set a discounted price. This discounted price will never fall below the minimum floor price set by Codinger360 for that promotion.

Promotional pricing is temporary and applies only for the duration of the campaign. Once a promotion ends, your course reverts to your standard Base Price unless you update it.

Revenue shares applicable during promotional periods may differ from the standard rates described in the Instructor Terms and will be communicated in advance as part of each promotional programme.

Participation

Participation & Opt-Out

Participation in Codinger360’s promotional programmes is generally optional. You may opt out of specific programmes through your instructor account settings. However, changes to your participation status will not apply to promotions that are already in progress.

Codinger360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional programme at any time. We will give participating instructors reasonable advance notice of any material changes.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip: Instructors who participate in Codinger360 promotions consistently report 3โ€“5x more enrollments during promotional periods. Promotions are one of the fastest ways to grow your student base on Codinger360.
๐Ÿค– Instructor GenAI Policy โ€” Contents
Overview

Generative AI Policy for Instructors

Codinger360’s Instructor Generative AI Programme (“GenAI Programme”) governs how your Submitted Content may be used in connection with AI features on our platform โ€” such as AI-powered course summaries, smart search, personalised recommendations, and AI tutoring capabilities.

By default, instructors are automatically included in the GenAI Programme. You may opt out during the designated periods described below.

๐Ÿค– The GenAI Programme helps Codinger360 build smarter, more personalised learning experiences for students โ€” powered by the expertise of instructors like you.
License

Content License for AI Features

The rights you grant to Codinger360 in the Instructor Terms include the right to apply generative and non-generative AI models to your Submitted Content to power core platform features such as search and recommendations.

As a participant in the GenAI Programme, you additionally grant Codinger360 the right to use your Submitted Content to:

  • Train, develop, and improve generative AI models and platform features;
  • Generate AI-powered course summaries and related content;
  • Power AI tutoring and coaching features that draw on your course material;
  • Create personalised learning paths for students based on your content; and
  • Develop and improve AI-driven search, discovery, and recommendation systems.

Codinger360 will not reproduce your Submitted Content verbatim in identifiable AI-generated outputs without proper attribution or licensing.

Opt-Out

Your Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of the GenAI Programme during designated opt-out windows communicated by Codinger360. The opt-out process is available through your instructor account settings.

If you opt out of the GenAI Programme:

  • Your content will not be used to train generative AI models going forward;
  • Existing uses of your content in AI training may not be fully reversible;
  • Your eligibility for AI-powered promotional features may be affected; and
  • GenAI Programme-specific revenue share terms will no longer apply to your account.

Opting out of the GenAI Programme does not affect the standard rights granted to Codinger360 under the Instructor Terms, including the right to use non-generative AI for core platform features like search and recommendations.

Restrictions

Instructor GenAI Restrictions

When using any AI-powered features as an instructor on Codinger360, you agree not to:

  • Represent AI-generated content as being entirely human-created without disclosure;
  • Use AI tools to produce content that violates Codinger360’s Trust & Safety guidelines;
  • Submit AI-generated content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property;
  • Use AI to create misleading, deceptive, or factually inaccurate course materials;
  • Use AI-generated outputs to build products or services that compete with Codinger360’s AI features; or
  • Input students’ or third parties’ sensitive personal data into any AI tool on the platform.
๐Ÿ“Œ Important: AI-assisted content creation is supported and encouraged on Codinger360. However, you remain fully responsible for all Submitted Content โ€” including AI-assisted portions. Always review AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance before publishing.
โญ Subscription Bonus Policy โ€” Contents
Overview

Subscription Bonus Policy

The Codinger360 Subscription Bonus Policy governs the additional compensation instructors may receive when students access their courses through Codinger360’s subscription plans. When students access your content through a subscription rather than an individual purchase, a consumption-based revenue model applies โ€” explained in detail below.

โญ Subscription bonuses reward instructors whose content drives the highest engagement from subscription plan users. The more students watch your content, the higher your subscription-based earnings.
Eligibility

Eligibility for Subscription Bonuses

To be eligible for subscription-based compensation, instructors must:

  • Have at least one active course published on the Codinger360 platform;
  • Have one or more courses included in an active Codinger360 subscription plan;
  • Be in full compliance with Codinger360’s Trust & Safety Guidelines and Instructor Terms;
  • Have a valid and active payment account (PayPal, Payoneer, or bank account); and
  • Not be in violation of any Codinger360 policy that would affect payment eligibility.

Codinger360 determines which courses are included in subscription plans at its sole discretion. Instructors may request inclusion or exclusion of specific courses from subscription plans through their instructor account settings.

Calculation

How Subscription Bonuses Are Calculated

Subscription bonus compensation is based on a content consumption model โ€” not enrollment numbers. The key factors are:

  • Minutes Consumed โ€” Total minutes of your course content watched by subscription plan users in the relevant period;
  • Subscription Revenue Pool โ€” The portion of total subscription revenue allocated to instructor compensation for that period;
  • Your Share โ€” Your proportion of total platform-wide content consumed by subscription users during the period;
  • Quality Multipliers โ€” Bonus multipliers may be applied based on your course ratings, completion rates, and student engagement metrics.

The exact calculation formula may be updated periodically. Codinger360 will give instructors reasonable advance notice of any material changes to the calculation methodology.

Payment

Payment & Terms

Subscription bonus payments are processed on a monthly basis, subject to the same payment thresholds and timelines as standard instructor payments โ€” a minimum balance of โ‚น2,000 (or $25 USD equivalent), paid within 45 days of the end of each month.

Subscription bonuses are reported separately from standard course sale revenue in your instructor payment dashboard, giving you full visibility into both income streams.

Codinger360 reserves the right to adjust the subscription bonus programme at any time, including eligibility criteria, calculation methods, and payment amounts. Instructors will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice of material changes.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pro Tip: Courses with high completion rates and consistently positive reviews tend to earn significantly more from subscription plans. Focus on creating engaging, well-structured content to maximise your subscription bonuses.
