These Terms govern your use of the Codinger360 platform. Please read them carefully — by using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Codinger360 is an online learning platform operated by Amalfi Cloud Solutions LLP (“Codinger360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We connect learners with expert instructors across technology, data, design, and business domains. Our platform enables instructors to create and publish courses, and learners to enroll, learn, and earn certificates.
By accessing or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Codinger360 without parental consent. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use our services.
By using Codinger360, you confirm that:
Codinger360 is a professional learning community. All users — both learners and instructors — are expected to maintain respectful, honest, and constructive conduct on our platform.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone or allow others to access your account.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. Codinger360 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Each individual is permitted one Codinger360 account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any suspension or ban is a violation of these Terms.
Course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Codinger360 reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Promotional discounts and offers are subject to specific terms and are not combinable unless explicitly stated.
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners. Codinger360 does not store your card details or banking information. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the enrolled course.
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not available for subscription plans, coaching sessions, or courses purchased during special promotions unless the content is found to be materially defective.
Upon successful completion of a course, learners are eligible to receive a Codinger360 Certificate of Completion. Certificates are awarded based on meeting the completion requirements set by the instructor, which may include watching a minimum percentage of course content, completing assignments, or passing assessments.
Codinger360 Certificates are a record of your learning achievement on our platform. While we strive to make them professionally recognised, Codinger360 does not guarantee that certificates will be accepted by any specific employer, institution, or regulatory body.
All content on the Codinger360 platform — including course videos, PDFs, quizzes, images, code, and written materials — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ownership of course content belongs to the respective instructor or Codinger360, as applicable.
By enrolling in a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for your own individual learning purposes only. You may not:
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. Codinger360 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.
Some courses may incorporate third-party tools or software. Use of such tools is governed by the respective third party’s terms of service. Codinger360 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of third-party content.
Codinger360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account — without prior notice or liability — if you violate any of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the platform.
You may also close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid course content will end. Any outstanding obligations — including unpaid fees — will survive termination.
Codinger360’s platform may enable you to book live one-on-one coaching sessions with instructors. These sessions are provided by independent instructors who are not employees or agents of Codinger360.
All coaching session purchases are non-refundable, except as stated below or as required by law:
Coaching sessions are for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. Your interaction with an instructor does not create a professional-client relationship (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Coaching is not a substitute for advice from a duly qualified and licensed professional.
The Codinger360 platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any content or services on our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codinger360 and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codinger360 and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We believe most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably. Before initiating any formal legal action, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] so we can work towards a resolution.
The party raising the dispute must send a written notice to the other party outlining the nature of the dispute and a proposed resolution. Codinger360 will acknowledge your claim within 5 business days and work with you to resolve it within 30 days.
Codinger360 may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform.
Your continued use of Codinger360 after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our platform.
