By publishing on Codinger360, you represent and warrant that you:
You must not:
By publishing Submitted Content on Codinger360, you grant us the rights to offer, market, host, and deliver your content to students. This includes the right to add captions or make accessibility modifications to your content. You also authorise Codinger360 to sublicense these rights to students and to third-party distributors, resellers, and affiliate partners.
You retain ownership of your Submitted Content. You may remove all or any part of your content from the platform at any time. After removal, Codinger360’s right to sublicense your content to new users will end within 60 days.
We may record and use portions of your Submitted Content for quality assurance, marketing, and platform demonstration purposes. You grant Codinger360 permission to use your name, likeness, and image in connection with promoting your courses on our platform.
You agree to abide by Codinger360’s Trust & Safety guidelines, Restricted Topics policy, and all other content quality standards. Your use of the platform is subject to Codinger360’s approval, which we may grant or revoke at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to remove content, withhold payments, or ban instructors without prior notice in cases where an instructor or their content:
You may add co-instructors or teaching assistants to your courses. By doing so, you authorise them to take actions that affect your account and content. You are responsible for any policy violations committed by co-instructors or TAs you have added.
You will only receive limited student information through the Codinger360 platform. You agree not to use student data for any purpose other than delivering your courses to those students within the Codinger360 ecosystem.
Codinger360 partners with anti-piracy vendors to protect your content from unauthorised use. You hereby appoint Codinger360 and our anti-piracy partners as agents to enforce your copyrights on your behalf. To revoke this, email [email protected] with the subject line “Revoke Anti-Piracy Protection Rights.”
When publishing a paid course, you will be prompted to set a base price (“Base Price”) for your Submitted Content. You may also choose to offer your course for free. Codinger360 may offer courses at discounted prices as part of promotional programmes, subject to the Promotions Policy.
Codinger360 may run platform-wide discounts or targeted promotions that temporarily reduce the price of your course. These promotions are designed to increase enrollment and overall instructor revenue. Participation in most promotional programmes is optional โ see the Promotions Policy for details.
Where applicable law requires Codinger360 to collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes on your behalf, we will do so. These taxes are calculated on top of the listed course price and remitted to the relevant tax authority.
When a student purchases your course, Codinger360 calculates the Gross Amount received. From this, we deduct applicable transaction taxes, mobile platform fees (if any), and a standard service and processing fee of 3% to arrive at the Net Amount. Your share of the Net Amount depends on how the sale was made:
You may generate coupon codes or referral links to offer your courses at a discount or for free. These may not be sold on third-party sites or exchanged for compensation. Abuse of coupons or referral links may result in account suspension.
To receive payments, you must have an active PayPal, Payoneer, or bank account linked to your instructor profile. Payments are processed within 45 days of the end of the month in which the sale occurred, provided your outstanding balance meets the minimum threshold of โน2,000 (or $25 USD equivalent).
Students are entitled to request refunds under Codinger360’s Refund Policy. When a refund is granted, you will not receive revenue for that transaction. If a refund is issued after you have already been paid, Codinger360 reserves the right to deduct the refunded amount from your next payment.
Codinger360 may enable you to offer live one-on-one coaching sessions to students. These services are subject to availability and may not be accessible to all instructors.
You may configure your coaching availability, session topics, durations, and pricing through your instructor dashboard. Codinger360 may apply limits to the number of sessions per day or week.
You may cancel a booked session at any time via the platform. However, if you cancel or fail to attend a session, you will not receive payment for it. Repeated cancellations may affect your coaching availability status.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and the information you share during coaching sessions. Sessions must be consistent with your stated expertise. You may only use Codinger360-approved video conferencing tools. Recording, reproducing, or sharing any session content is strictly prohibited.
You must not provide any advice that requires a professional licence (legal, medical, financial, etc.). All coaching is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are not an employee or agent of Codinger360.
As a published instructor, you are permitted to use the Codinger360 name and logo solely to promote your courses on our platform. When using our trademarks, you must:
You must not use our trademarks in a misleading or disparaging manner, or in any way that implies an endorsement beyond your role as a Codinger360 instructor.
You may request deletion of your instructor account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Codinger360 will make commercially reasonable efforts to process any pending payments owed to you before deletion.
Please note: if students have previously enrolled in your courses, your name and course content may remain accessible to those students even after your account is deleted, to honour their purchased access.
Codinger360 may update these Instructor Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

Codinger360 offers a range of marketing and promotional programmes to help instructors grow their audience and increase their earnings. By participating in these programmes, you agree to the terms outlined in this Promotions Policy, which forms part of the Instructor Terms.
When your course is included in a promotional programme, Codinger360 may set a discounted price. This discounted price will never fall below the minimum floor price set by Codinger360 for that promotion.
Promotional pricing is temporary and applies only for the duration of the campaign. Once a promotion ends, your course reverts to your standard Base Price unless you update it.
Revenue shares applicable during promotional periods may differ from the standard rates described in the Instructor Terms and will be communicated in advance as part of each promotional programme.
Participation in Codinger360’s promotional programmes is generally optional. You may opt out of specific programmes through your instructor account settings. However, changes to your participation status will not apply to promotions that are already in progress.
Codinger360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional programme at any time. We will give participating instructors reasonable advance notice of any material changes.

The Codinger360 Subscription Bonus Policy governs the additional compensation instructors may receive when students access their courses through Codinger360’s subscription plans. When students access your content through a subscription rather than an individual purchase, a consumption-based revenue model applies โ explained in detail below.
To be eligible for subscription-based compensation, instructors must:
Codinger360 determines which courses are included in subscription plans at its sole discretion. Instructors may request inclusion or exclusion of specific courses from subscription plans through their instructor account settings.
Subscription bonus compensation is based on a content consumption model โ not enrollment numbers. The key factors are:
The exact calculation formula may be updated periodically. Codinger360 will give instructors reasonable advance notice of any material changes to the calculation methodology.
Subscription bonus payments are processed on a monthly basis, subject to the same payment thresholds and timelines as standard instructor payments โ a minimum balance of โน2,000 (or $25 USD equivalent), paid within 45 days of the end of each month.
Subscription bonuses are reported separately from standard course sale revenue in your instructor payment dashboard, giving you full visibility into both income streams.
Codinger360 reserves the right to adjust the subscription bonus programme at any time, including eligibility criteria, calculation methods, and payment amounts. Instructors will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice of material changes.
